Dawn in Jesmond Dene
The Friends of Jesmond Dene enjoyed excellent weather for their Dawn Chorus Walk, and saw and heard plenty of birds!
No Alpacas!
Jesmond WI tell us of late changes to their Festival Meeting on Monday 15 May. Due to unforeseen circumstances the Alpacas will be unable to attend. However the meeting will still go ahead (same place, same time) with refreshments, a raffle, bring and buy stall and a visit from members of Jesmond Community Orchard with their plant stall. Do still come along!
Picnic Starting Early
The Italian Picnic in Jesmond Community Orchard on Wednesday 10 May will start at 10:30 am instead of 11:30 am, in the hope of benefitting from better weather!
