This year’s Tour de Jesmond once again started by the Bandstand in Exhibition Park and then visited the University, the Cricket Club, Armstrong Bridge, the Dene, Reid Park Road, Forsyth Road and Brandling Park, and then back to the Bandstand for Ice Cream from the Jesmond Ice Cream Company.

The Heritage Walk around Jesmond Old Cemetery on 7 May attracted 30 brave souls, despite the un-Spring-like weather! Attendees were rewarded at the end of the fascinating tour with tea, coffee and cheese scones. There are still places available on the next tour of Jesmond Old Cemetery, on Sunday 31 May at 11:00 am.
