Craig from Jesmond Pool and Gym announces details of “Craig’s Fitness Challenge”.
Every day during this year’s Jesmond Community Festival you will find on Jesmond Pool’s Facebook page a new routine posted by Craig. Can you complete them all?
Says Craig: “For Jesmond festival this year I’ll be setting a challenge for all of May. All it consists of is “One minute a day, every day in May”, and will be posted on the pool’s Facebook page, getting harder every week.”
“If you would like to join in and win a free month’s membership then all you have to do is film yourself doing Craig’s challenge that day, then send it to the Pool on our message page. You will be added in to our draw, the more challenges you do, the more times you will be added in to our draw.
